The purpose of The Order of Omega shall be threefold:

First, to recognize those students who have attained a high standard of leadership in inter-Greek activities, to encourage them to continue along this line, and to inspire others to strive for similar conspicuous attainment.

Second, to bring together the most representative fraternity and sorority members, and to create an organization which will help mold the sentiment of the institution on questions of local and intercollegiate affairs.

Third, to bring together members of the faculty, alumni, and student members of the institution's fraternities and sororities on a basis of mutual interest, understanding, and cooperation.

Matthew Pagan

The President

Matthew Pagan is a senior and a brother of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. He keeps busy as a member Public Relations Student Society of America and as a Senator in UNF's Student Government.  He also mentors a little brother in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program. He will be the pledge educator for his Fraternity in the fall and keeps a part-time job.

He makes sure that school is his number one priority and the main reason he is in college. For Order of Omega, he wants to accept more applicants and expand its name throughout the University of North Florida. He also hopes to show more Fraternity & Sorority men and women why grades are so important, with tactics to improve GPAs.
